Condition of Your Item
If any part of your Arklen product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please send us a clear photo of the item to support@arklenofficial.com.
Our Quality Control team will review your case and may approve a replacement shipment.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order: support@arklenofficial.com
After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.
Refund Policy
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or experiences delivery issues, contact us at support@arklenofficial.com.
Each case is assessed individually. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Recheck your bank account or credit card.
- Contact your card issuer or bank—posting delays are common.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@arklenofficial.com.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at support@arklenofficial.com with:
- Your order number
- Details about the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange
We do not include return slips in our packages. All return instructions will be provided by email.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Buy One Get One (BOGO) or 50% discount sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Jewelry and fashion accessory returns are free and must be requested within 30 days.
Incorrect Size or Product
If you receive the wrong product or size, please contact us immediately at support@arklenofficial.com.
Products must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In original packaging with tags
We offer one free size replacement per order.
Return Instructions
If your return is approved:
- Securely pack your items in a box.
- Affix the return label we provide (if applicable) to the package.
- Drop the parcel at your local post office or preferred courier.
